Making a claim is quick and easy using the Freely app or online. If you're having trouble, reach out using the in-app chat or over the phone and we can walk you through the process.

What happens next?

We'll contact you soon to let you know what supporting details we need to move your claim along, such as receipts and police reports.

Step One

Day One: Your claim is received by the Freely team.

Step Two

Days 2-3: We'll start processing your claim 48-72 hours later, and will be in touch regarding any supporting documentation we require.

Step Three

Week 1-2: Within one to two weeks from there, your claim will be processed and you will be notified of the outcome.
