Congratulations to the SurfAid community for an incredible campaign, with enough raised to deliver SurfAid’s nutrition and clean water programs on the Indonesian island of Rote for a year.

Alongside the Z Zurich Foundation, we're proud to have made a contribution by incentivising Australian fundraisers to reach $100+ with a reward of a limited-edition Make A Wave x Freely rashie and a $100 matched donation by the Z Zurich Foundation – plus, the funds raised by Team Freely and matched 100% by the Z Zurich Foundation!

How can I get involved?

Surf, fundraise, repeat. As a surfer, swimmer or spectator, you can get involved with the Make A Wave Challenge and help raise funds for SurfAid.

Make A Wave

When September rolls around, get in the water! You can surf, swim, snorkel, paddle board – just be sure to log your daily sessions in the water and keep fundraising throughout the month.

Make an impact

The funds you raise will be directed to SurfAid’s work with remote communities in establishing healthcare, clean water and food security.

The Z Zurich Foundation works with local organisations around the world to drive positive impact in mental wellbeing, social equity, crisis response and adapting to climate change.
