The Freely Travel Rewards Program (" Program ") is a loyalty program offered by Freely Pty. Ltd. (" Freely ") to returning Freely customers, at the sole discretion of Freely, and is available only to Policyholders who have registered as Freely Members in accordance with these Freely Rewards Program Terms and Conditions ("the Terms ").
By purchasing a Freely Travel Insurance policy, You as a Policyholder will automatically be enrolled as a member of the Program (" Member "). The terms "You" and "Your" throughout these Terms refer to the Policyholder who becomes a Program Member. By accessing a Member's Account and participating in the engagement activities on the Freely platform, including making policy purchases and editing policies in any manner, You agree with the Terms.
As a Member, You have the responsibility to read and understand these Terms as well as any other information published by Freely relating to the Program in order to fully understand your rights and obligations. If You do not agree with these Terms, please stop utilising the Program and its associated rewards. However, You acknowledge that by utilising the Program Rewards You have provided consent to these Terms.
1. The Program is a loyalty rewards program offered to Freely customers in accordance with these Terms. A detailed overview of the Program features and benefits can be referred to at https://www.freely.me/au/travel-rewards.
2. Each individual may only register one account via the Freely App. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Freely policies made as a consequence of fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these Terms. Behaviour or who violate these Terms.

Freely reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the Program and its features and benefits, including the rewards offered, at Freely's sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice to You (even if these changes may affect your ability to use the benefits and rewards that You have already accumulated). This includes (but is not limited to) changes to:
4. Freely has the sole discretion to terminate a Program Member at any time without prior notice if You are not complying with the Terms.
5. Termination:
1. To be eligible for the Program you must purchase a Freely travel insurance policy, via the Freely app and pay the relevant insurance policy premium. You will automatically be assigned to the program following payment of your policy premium and expiry of the policy cooling off period. Following this you will become eligible for the Program (“Eligible Member”).

3. The Eligible Member will be entitled to claim different offers with each Membership Tier.
4. For an Eligible Member to move through each Membership Tier You must make an eligible purchase. Upon purchasing a new Freely travel insurance policy, via the Freely App, paying the relevant insurance premium in accordance with the amounts and time periods articulated in Table A below, You will have made an eligible purchase, this may also include any changes to policies post purchase (“Eligible Purchase”).
5. Each Membership Tier and the offers attached through each Membership Tier are valid for 24 months, except for the Explorer and Wanderer Tiers which have no expiry date.
6. Downgrade of Membership Tier: When the validity period of the Membership Tier expires (except for Explorer and Wanderer which has no expiry date) and the Member did not meet the current or next Membership Tier's requirements during the 24 month validity period, the Member will be recalculated based on the Eligible Trips completed and the spending amounts during the current Membership tier's validity period according to the requirements for each Membership tier.
Illustration: The Member is currently a Voyager Member, with the Voyager Membership tier expiring on 30 September 2025. The Member achieved 1 Eligible Purchase with a spend over $600 but under $1200 during the Voyager Membership tier validity period. The Member will become an Adventurer Member starting from 1 October 2025.
Illustration: The Member is currently a Voyager+ Member, with the Voyager+ Membership tier expiring on 30 September 2025. The Member achieved $5,000 spending during the Voyager+ Membership tier validity period. The Member's Voyager+ Membership tier will be automatically extended on 1 October 2025 for an additional 24 calendar months (up to the last day of that calendar month).
7. Eligible Purchase and Minimum Spend Requirements:
8. For the avoidance of doubt, policies which are subsequently cancelled will not form part of being an Eligible Purchase. In the event any such cancelled policy was initially included in the calculation of the Membership Tier requirements, Freely has the sole discretion to deduct the number of Eligible Purchases and the spending accordingly from your Membership account, or
increase the Membership Tier requirements accordingly for the next Membership Tier upgrade.
1. Rewards: All Freely Members will enjoy various rewards issued by the Membership tier they have achieved, as set out on the Freely Rewards Program Membership page: https://www.freely.me/au/travel-rewards. All rewards are non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash.

3. Unused rewards provided under the Membership tier will automatically expire at the end of the validity period, unless otherwise stated. There will be no extension of the validity period for unused rewards.
