My Policy was as good a value as I could source. It became especially good value when, for the first ever, I needed to lodge a claim. The claim form didn't fully cover my needs but when I rang Freely, the customer service was very kind and helpful. Response to my claim and subsequent payment was so prompt and fair. I will definitely use Freely again.
3rd time using Freely for a ski trip and couldn’t be happier. Bugs with the App from last year have been ironed out and this time was great. The daily boost concept, and flexibility it offers especially for skiers is, in my opinion, an industry leader.

Freely offers a refreshing point of difference in travel insurance. During a recent trip to Greece I needed emergency dental treatment and feared the worst. However Freely's easy no nonsense process made it surprisingly easy to understand my policy and lodge a claim that was paid out without any drawn out enquiries or requests for more information. Highly recommended.
We’re currently in the process of claiming for an injury while travelling in France. The acid test of good insurance is being overseas and injured and in need of assistance. Freely uses World Travel Protection to manage medical assistance and I have to say it’s been outstanding help. Everyone spoken to has been more than helpful. We had an approval to travel business class in half a day and were called personally by the staff to talk us through the approval and ticketing options. Having been through this process with another insurer a few years ago I know first hand that it was a difficult and stressful experience on that occasion.
The travel insurance was affordable. We knew that if something seriously happened we could easily get in touch with somebody from Freely to discuss it with. That fact was a huge peace of mind. The other feature we really loved about Freey Travel Insurance was when you fill out the form there were numerous medical conditions included and you just had to tick which ever applied to you with out any other cost.
Travel insurance is good value for money. I had an accident on my trip. Making a claim for my hospitalisation was straight forward with my Freely travel insurance. I had a receipt from the hospital and doctor, and they paid the bill. I would buy this insurance again.

Replies to any of my emails were always prompt and helpful. I am thankful that Freely waited the several months for me to submit my full claim; I was so unwell there for a time and it took several months to be well enough to email my claim through.

Insurance is something that you never want to use but in the case you do, you want to know they are on your side. I chose a Freely Policy due to its flexibility. We were skiing and this policy allows you to insure only the days you are skiing, or other activities you are doing. The sign up process is very easy and I liked a lot of the features, like being able to contact a doctor. I have paid ridiculous amounts on doctor call out fees in the past. This is a free service on the app. I also liked the fact that they were reasonably priced and are backed by Zurich.
Freely are legitimate and trustworthy, was worried about this when making a claim, but they honoured the policy and paid us when we had a huge dilemma after a flight cancellation turned into a 5 day drama involving thousands of dollars lost. Would recommend taking photos of everything! Including receipts. This all helped with the claim.
This is the best travel insurance app, it makes it so easy. I can’t believe it took so long for a company to do this.
