We offer coverage for medical expenses you might incur, including if you are hospitalized. If things go really wrong, we can also help with emergency evacuation or repatriation.
We offer coverage for those times when your trip gets interrupted outside of your control, such as common carrier cancellations or because of certain unforeseen events that we cover.
We offer coverage for when your baggage is stolen, damaged or delayed and you have to purchase additional clothing and personal items.
Travel insurance can be the unexpected hero of your trip if something goes wrong on your travels. Freely's Essentials Plan offers coverage for medical and dental emergencies, evacuation and repatriation, and accidental death and disability – as well as your belongings and the cost of your trip if it gets interrupted.
If you suffer an injury caused solely and directly by violent, accidental, visible and external means (as opposed to being caused by sickness or disease) that results in your death, we will pay your estate the amount (provided your death occurs within one year of the accident).
If you suffer an injury caused solely and directly by violent, accidental, visible and external means (as opposed to being caused by sickness or disease) that results in your permanent total loss of sight in one or both eyes or the loss of use of one or more limbs, we will pay you the amount shown in the Plan purchased (provided the loss occurs within one year of the accident).
If you get sick or injured during your trip and need immediate medical care, we'll reimburse you for expenses incurred up to $500,000.
If you need immediate dental treatment during your trip, we can provide reimbursement for up to $1000.
If you become critically ill or injured and need immediate transportation for medical care, we may coverage the costs up to $1,000,000.
If, during your trip, you suffer loss of life from a covered injury, or you experience accidental dismemberment, we will provide coverage up to $50,000. Note that the covered loss must occur within 365 days of the accident.
If your travel is delayed or halted due to a covered reason, we'll provide coverage for your lost travel expenses and incurred transportation up to 150% of your insured trip cost.
When your personal items, travel documents or credit cards are lost, stolen or damaged during your trip, we will reimburse you for their costs up to $2,500 in total (with a per-item limit of $500).
If your baggage is delayed or sent to the wrong place for 12 hours or more during your trip, we will reimburse you up to $250 for any emergency items you had to purchase in that time.
