What happens next?

We'll contact you soon to let you know what supporting details we need to move your claim along, such as receipts and police reports.

Step One

Day one: Your claim is received by the Freely team.

Step Two

Days two - three: We'll start processing your claim 48-72 hours later, and will be in touch regarding any supporting documentation we require.

Step Three

Weeks one - two: Within one to two weeks from there, your claim will be processed and you will be notified of the outcome.
